What about those Texas kids natural rights? Clearly, the school cannot be allowed to violate these children in this way.
In the exact same way, no self-respecting right-arguing libertarian can support the way "parents" trample on the rights of "their" kids.
I hear a lot of talk about "parental rights", but how can something be a right if it means violating the rights of someone else? Isn't that the whole libertarian argument against positive rights?
